One of my employees has been selected four times for random testing, but the rest of my employees have never been selected. The employee feels like he is being unfairly targeted. What should I tell him?

Explain to him or her that random selections are derived from a computer-generated, unbiased selection process. As such, every employee in the testing pool has an equal chance of being selected during each selection period. Some employees are selected multiple times during the calendar year, while others may not be selected at all.
